I would argue that drinking tea is something that provides an experience. We are willing to pay to have a cup of tea, because we value that experience. The place we go to have a cup of tea, is a tea shop.
The same holds true for conversations. They provide experiences. In my opinion that has commercial value, and I am interested in the business and entrepreneurship of good quality conversations. Much like tea lovers, those who love good conversation then also need a shop to go to. Thus I present...Conversation Shop!
